Natalia was born in Ourense (Spain), where she grows happy. She studied and lived in Santiago de Compostela for some years. Her life gave an unexpected turn when she discovers that weaving is a way of living full of poetry and art.

After this discovery, she dedicated her efforts to learn and keep learning all about craftwork weaving and the creation of fabrics.

She learns with the craftswoman Pilar Vallejo in Santiago de Compostela. Friend and master, Pilar teaches her to weave and to understand the philosophy of a hard and beautiful work.

Natalia belongs to the Asociación Galega de Artesáns (AGA, Galician craftsmen association), which links her to another craftsmen and to a country, Galicia, which tradition and idiosyncrasy mark her character and her way of work.

She is ready to show anyone who wants it, the greatness of the slow and laborious work of craftswomen.
